Factions, or sometimes referred to as units, are the groups that your members are a part of, and it defines what they do within Team Rocket. They rank up within their chosen factions. Factions are usually chosen based upon your characters strengths, talents, and interests. Currently, there are four factions, each with their own leader that your report to, and their own sets of missions. Field Leader: Sasha [Chemical-Beatz (https://www.deviantart.com/chemical-beatz)] Field Grunts are the ones that are out in the open, on capture and retrieve missions, and scouting.
